One great way to save money is by using the resources that you have around you. By this it is meant that you can easily use carpooling sources instead of driving your kids all around town to save a bit on gas. The price of gas is nothing to sneeze at and finding anyway you can to save money on this expense is well worth the effort. It is also a great way to share in the responsibility making the pressures a little less overwhelming. It is also a terrific way to make great connections with other parents some of which are in similar situations.
Other great ways to save money are by coupon clipping and buying your groceries based on what is on sale at your grocery store. There are many things that can be done to save a penny here and there and these will add up over time.
